Here is a breakdown of what we (a handful of ladies) did during our November trip! We determine the projects we will do on our trips Susan is a counselor and came up with a therapeutic craft to do with the kids. We brought tons of materials for the kids to personalize their own notebooks and encouraged them to write their stories, hopes, dreams, and everything else in these notebooks. We brought each of the kids a picture of themselves to put on their notebook and they loved it! First Aid Courtney and Lauren taught the kids how to prevent spreading germs and what to do in emergency situations. They played a game with the kids to wave their red flags when they were acting out a dangerous scenario or if they saw a potential of spreading germs. We were able to put a fresh coat of paint on the center. The staff & kids were eager & excited to paint! They are so proud of their home. This is a little store run by Fedline(in the orange). She is one of the students in our entrepreneurial business training program. You can get a delicious fresh hot tapa, candy, and other treats at her store! Dione painted a mural with the help of Rivarold and some of the other kids. Rivarold loves to draw and paint. She taught him some painting techniques. The kids were so excited to help and pose for the music scene! We are very proud of what we, as a team, were able to accomplished

I haven't been able to visit my parents for a while now, and I miss them so much. I feel like I am not being a great son right now. I have so much work to do, and a limited time to spare. I know that work is important, but my parents should still be my priority. I want to just go and take a leave, I want to be the best person in my household, that is for sure, I hope it all works out.
